The NCRPSTA was formed on August 7, 2001, as a Joint Powers Authority (JPA), to provide regional training for public safety agencies in Northern California.  We provide mandatory pre-service and in-service training for law enforcement and fire service personnel. Our 40-acre campus is located at McClellan Business Park, Sacramento California.  The amenities include:
